My Gout and Uric Acid: Back to the Drawing Board

It's back to the drawing board.  My Christmas binge proved detrimental.  I had my blood test over a week ago and got the results.  My cholesterol's twice the limit and my uric acid level actually went up to 8.5 from 8.26 in my last test. Perhaps it had something to do with my Christmas Crispy Pata, my developing aversion for bananas (I've had more than I prefer) or the fact that I've been eating a lot since my sisters are here for the holidays.  The quest continues...
